We wanted the space, and the time. We wanted to interrogate ideas, both academic and creative, in the company of other writers.
We wanted to talk about writing.
Created to bring together writers working in universities across the UK and Ireland, The Lonely Page represents the varied facets of a creative writing degree: workshops with established writers, readings by students and special guests, and the presentation and discussion of academic essays.
